ROI Studio

Goal: create and edit regions of interest (ROIs).

(TODO: verify and describe the plugin's feature set — create a ROI, draw it, derive from an atlas region, export as a NIfTI mask.)

Workflow (draft)

1. Open the ROI Studio tab
2. Create a new ROI or load an existing mask
3. Draw/edit on the 2D slices
4. Export as a .nii mask
