1. Start BrainDeer¶
2. Load a NIfTI¶
Drag a .nii or .nii.gz file onto one of the viewer tiles —
or use the file list in the left panel.
3. Adjust the appearance¶
In the right panel: pick a colormap, tune contrast/windowing. Details: Volumes & overlays.
4. Open the 3D scene¶
The 3D view shows the slice planes, live-linked to the 2D tiles' crosshair. Background: 2D ↔ 3D linking.
5. Save a screenshot¶
Export the view via the export function — see Export & rendering.
