Lead-DBS integration

Goal: view Lead-DBS data in BrainDeer — electrodes, stimulation, atlases in the Lead-DBS layout.

Prerequisites

• A Lead-DBS installation or template directory (setup)
• Optionally set LEADDBS_SPACE_ROOT

Stimulation Manager

The Lead-DBS Stimulation Manager plugin shows reconstructed electrodes and stimulation parameters:

(TODO: describe the workflow — load a patient folder, electrodes in 3D, contacts, visualize the stimulation volume (VTA), change parameters.)

Atlas paths

BrainDeer uses the same space/atlas paths as Lead-DBS — no duplicate data storage.
