Working with atlases

Goal: display atlases in template space and explore regions.

Prerequisites

A Lead-DBS template directory containing atlases/ — see Spaces & templates.

Atlas Browser

The Atlas Browser plugin lists all atlases in the template space:

1. Open the Atlas Browser plugin tab
2. Pick an atlas from the list
3. Toggle regions — (TODO: details on the tree view / region search)

Show on slices

(TODO: projecting the atlas as an overlay onto the 2D slices; default colormap.)
